Mass Effect 4 news: BioWare rule out risky Andromeda option and confirm juicy new plot
BioWare look to have clarified what won't be featured in Mass Effect: Andromeda this week
MASS Effect 4 will launch in 2016 but will not include game mechanics developers BioWare have deemed risky and expensive.

The trilogy that came before Andromeda chronicled Commander Shepherd's fight in resisting The Reaper invasion of the galaxy.
Core aspects of the game such as it featuring a third-person experience look set to stay the same but that hasn't stopped fans inquiring whether the next instalment could shake up the formula.
One fan asked whether he'd ever likely see a first person multiplayer set in the Mass Effect universe in the future, as it had been on the table in the past.
Posing the question to Senior Development Director for Mass Effect Chris Wynn, the reply was short and to the point.
"would be pretty expensive and risky," Wynn tweeted.
A first-person shooter was being developed back in 2010 at the Montreal studios, with Mass Effect Team Assault becoming a third-person multiplayer mode in Mass Effect 3.
So the idea that BioWare could bring back the idea and try and incorporate it into Mass Effect: Andromeda would make a lot of sense to those people really hoping for such a thing to materialise.
However, Wynn's response looks to have ruled that option out, at least with this upcoming title.

No, BioWare are not ready to talk about Mass Effect 4's dance options yet

Wynn also took time to answer other fan questions, including whether we would see better dancing animation in Andromeda and whether the game would include a juicy new action-packed plot.
In regards to boogeying down in Andromeda, Wynn replied: "that's an odd question. Dancing animations have yet to come up for review," before answering the second question without giving anything away.
"Yes," he wrote.
How BioWare looked to reboot the franchise away from the prior trilogy is still hard to guess, although it seems likely that another three games are being planned, with the former titles being referred to as the "original" trilogy.
BioWare started building up the hype for Mass Effect: Andromeda again last week with a new update on their ambitions for the upcoming Xbox One, PS4 and PC title.
