XBOX ONE news this week includes a new Mass Effect 4 Andromeda gameplay leak, Microsoft's new Windows 10 features and new information on the Halo 5 December update.
A huge new Mass Effect 4 Andromeda gameplay leak has surfaced online, reportedly revealing key features of the game.
The leak appeared on Reddit, the people behind the post say they have been in contact with an individual with a very early edition of the game, however it is unclear just how true this new information.
Taking into account the timing of the post, it would be worth noting that the game isn't scheduled for launch until holiday 2016 and has so far remained under wraps at developers BioWare.
According to the new information, Mass Effect Andromeda will include two companion like in the original trilogy, although this time everyone will have the use of jetpacks.
Destructible cover is reportedly a feature in the game, along with the main character being referred to as "the pathfinder".
The new ship featured in Mass Effect 4 will be much larger than the Normandy and will be a flyable unit for space travel.
There are also references made to Cerberus, although it is unclear if this is to be treated as a placeholder for something else, according to the source.
BioWare have yet to reveal any big details about the game, with most information coming from the short statement after the game's first official teaser at E3.
An earlier leak confirmed much of the current information known, that it would take place in Andromeda and would include humanity looking for a new home.
Halo 5 fans have been teased with another big update this week, which could be set to land in December.
New footage was shared via the Halo Live Stream, confirming that the next update would include new weapons, skins and armour to collect.
It also appears to show a new Forge map set in space and a M41 Rocket Launcher in action.
November saw the release of a new Halo 5 update that added a ton of new REQ items and four new maps to be played on the Big Team Battle mode.
Microsoft have confirmed that they plan to release multiple free Halo 5 update during the game's lifecycle.
Halo 5 on Xbox One was reviewed and given a 4/5 for it refreshed gameplay mechanics, boosted by the new Warzone multiplayer but held back by a short uninspiring campaign.
