GOOGLE is hard at work rolling out its latest update to Nexus and Android One handsets but third-party manufacturers are also rushing the new OS to their devices.
LG is preparing to roll out Android Marshmallow to its devices.
The South Korean manufacturer will release its version of the latest Google operating system as soon as next week – if you have a LG G4 and live in Poland.
Unfortunately other European countries will have to wait a little longer for the update to arrive.
But LG has promised that UK and US G4 owners can expect to see Android Marshmallow very soon.
Local carriers will likely announce the final release date when it becomes available.
LG claims its flagship LG G4 – which we reviewed earlier this year – is the first smartphone in the world to get the Marshmallow update, besides Google's own Nexus line.

LG Vice President of Marketing Communications Chris Yie said the speed of the Marshmallow update is a testament to how closely Google and LG have been working together.
It remains to be seen what changes LG has made to the Marshmallow update.
