THE PlayStation Network looks to have been hit by a new wave of outages that are being reported by PS4 gamers.
Problems are being flagged by fans worldwide, meaning it could be another widespread outage.
Last week saw the PSN go down for around ten hours globally, leaving fans unable to access core PlayStation services.
It is currently unclear what could be causing the problems this time round, although it appears that the previous outage was not connected with a coordinated DDOS attack.
Sony announced after the downtime that they would be extending PS Plus and Video Rental subscriptions, although there has been no new update on their plans as of yet.
There are no problems listed on Sony's official PlayStation Network Service Status page, with all core services recording good connections.
