The hunts for the latest Destiny Taken King secrets is complete

Having launched the latest update to the PlayStation and Xbox title in December, fans have only now just uncovered all of the hidden Ghosts Bungie hid within it.
Some gamers would be surprised to find out that new Grimoire Cards were in the offing, having read nothing about it in the latest patch notes.
However, the developers are known to have a good time adding a few secrets here and there unannounced for those intrepid explorers to piece together.

Destiny Taken King players were tipped off to the new content via new entries on Bungie.net, which revealed four new Grimoire Cards that hadn't been announced by the studio.
Each one had a Dead Ghost fragments tag, which meant they could be collected by finding the Dead Ghosts spread throughout the game.
The Grimoire information had already been discovered by dataminers but it was only discovered just before the end of 2015 that all four Ghosts could be found on the Moon.
