Chris Pratt with a velociraptor - and doing the hokey cokey |
CHRIS PRATT unleashes his funniest video yet as he takes us onto the Jurassic World set to show how he pulls off those incredible stunts after warming up and... doing the hokey cokey.
Forget Bryce Dallas Howard out-running ferocious raptors in her 7-inch heels, the real action star of Jurassic World is undeniably Chris Pratt.
To celebrate the film’s home entertainment release the action man reveals the secrets to being a dino-beating hero in our fun, behind-the-scenes featurette.
Saving the day is serious business, but Pratt rocketted to major stardom in Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy with his tongue firmly in cheek.
Watch and learn from a true action legend, even if we're not totally convinced he can actually run at 65 miles per hour…

Jurassic World is packed with high-octane dinosaur chase scenes and Chris Pratt reveals that the key ingredient to pulling off the perfect stunt is nothing more than an effective warm-up.
He may look incredibly buff, but the Hollywood hottie doesn't take himself too seriously.
"You hear that cracking?" he jokes. "It's my hips, man, I'm getting old."
Pratt also shows that he is never too busy to pose, before he takes us through a warm-up routine that looks suspiciously like the hokey-cokey.
In fact, our second sneak peak behind the scenes shows that his hips never stop moving as he dances around the set...
But back to business of getting in shape for those action scenes..
‘You can’t just do a long stretch, you have to do a dynamic stretch like this," Pratt says. "You bring your legs up and you pump juice into all your joints."
It's clear that the rest of the crew don't take him entirely seriously either, as he demonstrates his moves.
Personally, we're looking forward to the Christmas fitness DVD.
Based on his incredible performance and physique, it's hard to believe that Chris Pratt once felt too fat for sex.

The film is set 22 years after Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park and begins when an even bigger and enormously popular attraction has risen on Isla Nubar.
To keep attendances high, the park operators introduce a new, genetically modified hybrid creature called Indominus Rex.
Bigger, stronger and far more intelligent than any dinosaur that ever walked the earth; the secretive new breed also proves more dangerous than anyone ever anticipated.
What could possibly go wrong?

And what happens when an intelligent, enormous and lethal creature like the Indominus Rex escapes?
Step forward Owen Grady, the film’s adorable velociraptor trainer, buff hero and all round quipster – played, of course, by Chris Pratt.
The featurette shows him in action, running, jumping, diving and rolling with applomb. He even shows off some nifty moves with his imaginary guns before he pelts through the jungle at full speed.
"According to my watch I just ran 65 miles an hour…It's really fast," he brags.
Impressive stuff.
Jurassic World is out now on Digital HD and will be available on 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD from October 19.
