Jose Mourinho will not be punished by the Premier League |
JOSE MOURINHO will face no action from the Premier League for his part in last week's medical fallout.
Rule 7 of the Premier League's Code of Conduct for managers states: "A manager shall not make public any unfair criticism of any match official or any other manager or any player, official or employee of his or another club."
The Chelsea boss criticised Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearn for being naive and said they did not understand the game.
The doctor and physio ran onto to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard after he went down in injury time.
But Mourinho insisted he could tell the Belgium winger was not really hurt and was furious at having to defend with nine men having already had Thibaut Courtois sent off.

Carneiro has seen her duties significantly reduced and was not in Manchester as the Blues took on City at the weekend.
Her future is still in doubt while Fearn is expected to keep his job.
And despite being heavily criticised for his comments Mourinho will face no action from the Premier League who insist it is a club matter.
