Eva Carneiro hits out at the FA for not being asked to testify on Jose Mourinho remarks
Eva Carneiro has slammed the FA over investigation of dispute with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho
EVA CARNEIRO has attacked the FA for not approaching her for evidence of the alleged sexist remarks made to her by Jose Mourinho.

The Chelsea manager was cleared of any wrongdoing on Wednesday by the FA, just days after Dr Carneiro left the club.
For the first time since the furore, Carniero has spoken about the incident which blew up when she and physio Jon Fearn went onto the pitch in Chelsea’s game against Swansea to treat Eden Hazard, much to Mourinho’s fury.

“I was surprised to learn that the FA was allegedly investigating the incident via the press,” she said.
“I was at no stage requested by the FA to make a statement. I wonder whether this might be the only formal investigation in this country where the evidence of the individuals involved in the incident was not considered relevant.

“Choosing to ignore some of the evidence will surely influence the outcome of the findings.”
But the FA hit back at the 42-year-old, insisting that despite requests, they never received any information or complaint from Carniero.
A spokesman said : “We have never received any information or complaint from Dr Carneiro. Including in written correspondence with her lawyers, it has been made explicitly clear that if Dr Carneiro had evidence to provide or wished to make a complaint she was more than welcome to do so. That route remains open."
