STAR Wars Battlefront on PS4 appears to be dominating its console rival, the Xbox One and the PC platform, while fans have spotted a great new film Easter egg.

It appears that the PS4 is leading the way in terms of online players, with new stats revealing that over a 24hr period, the Sony device hit a peak of 180,000.
The Xbox One hit 104,000, while the PC arrived in third with 48,000, showing the full activity of fans exploring the game over the weekend.

Star Wars Battlefront has seen a strong debut
New data from sales monitor Chart-Track appears to show that Battlefront came out on top in during its first week in the UK and had the biggest ever launch of any Star Wars game to date.
It has reportedly sold 117% more units in its launch week than previous best ‘Star Wars: The Force Unleashed’ and is now the fourth biggest launch of any game in 2015.
Battlefront was placed at no.1 in the UK, followed by Black Ops 3, Fallout 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider.
"As it is more of a reboot than a sequel, it becomes the fastest selling non-sequel PS4 title ever, selling more at launch on Sony’s format than another online-only title, ‘Destiny’," a statement from Chart-track concludes.

Fans, meanwhile, continue spotting new Easter eggs in the game harking back to some of the most notorious moments in the original film series.
The latest to be found includes a scene in which a Stormtropper in the background has a hard time traversing the landscape and can be watched below, (around 13 seconds in).
It pays homage to a classic seen in the movie which somehow made it into the final cut and has to be one of the most cherished bloopers around.
