Microsoft is enjoying enormous success with its next-generation operating system, Windows 10.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://go.ad2up.com/afu.php?id=451019" rel="nofollow">Just eight months into its life-cycle,</a> Windows 10 already accounts for an impressive 12.6 per cent of the global market share, according to the latest numbers from Dublin-based web traffic analysis tool, <em>StatCounter</em>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
That means Windows 10 is the world's second most popular desktop operating system, behind Windows 7. The latter still holds a staggering 43.7 per cent market share, while the controversial Windows 8.1 holds some 10.3 per cent.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2016/01/microsoft-could-cut-key-features-from.html">news comes days after sources inside Microsoft</a> confirmed the US technology firm had <a href="http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/science-technology/636337/Microsoft-Windows-10-Redstone-Update-Whats-New-Delay">shelved some features planned for its next major operating system update</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Windows 10 is also the Microsoft operating system with the fastest adoption rates, <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/12/it-was-phenomenal-year-for-windows-10.html">with some 200 million activations across the globe by December 2015</a>.</div>

</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In fact, in its first month alone, Windows 10 stormed to a 4.8 per cent market share. Windows 7 only managed 4 per cent in the same period.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Microsoft is o<a href="http://go.ad2up.com/afu.php?id=451019" rel="nofollow">ffering customers with genuine copies of Windows 7 and Windows 8 installed on their machines</a>, the chance to upgrade to its latest OS for free.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This deal, which is due to expire on the anniversary of the release of Windows 10 in July 2016, is likely to have pushed some users to upgrade their PCs.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Microsoft has previously stated an ambition to get one billion devices across the globe running Windows 10 within two years of the operating system's release.</div>

Browsing in a <strong>Private</strong> window temporarily fixes the issue. To do this, launch the Safari iOS app, then tap the <strong>Tab</strong> icon in the bottom right-hand corner. </div>

Launching a new tab in the minimalist desktop web browser, or trying to type a search query or URL into the address bar CRASHES the hugely-popular browser – sending users back to the desktop. OS X then automatically generates a Crash Report to send to Apple.</div>

Another option is to disable <strong>Safari Suggestions</strong> – the websites and search queries the browser pre-emptively guesses as you type into the address bar.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To do this, open <strong>Safari > Preferences > Search</strong> then toggle <strong>Safari Suggestions</strong> to <strong>Off</strong>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Since the glitch appears to affect multiple versions of iOS and OS X, some have suggested the problems may be server-side and linked to Safari Suggestions.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One MacBook user complained on the MacRumours forum: "Experiencing this as well right now. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Additionally, tab switching doesn't seem to work and new tabs don't even show up in the tab bar. Safari is simply unusable right now."</div>
