Star Wars Battlefront has proven a popular choice during the holidays, with more than 12 million copies sold since its release in November.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It looks like the first-person shooter moved 6 million units in November, followed by the same number in December, meaning that the game may have brought in around $660 million in earnings.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
That's according to Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter, while the game may have also seen a significant boost from the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in Cinemas last month.</div>

With such a high install base, it would seem likely that developers DICE would be readying themselves for the first <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2016/01/star-wars-battlefront-major-update.html" target="_blank">Star Wars: Battlefront DLC</a> drop.</div>

Battlefront Hero Designer Guillaume Mroz gave an update on the DLC and offline mode expansion, telling one fans: "I can only say that we’re going to announce what the DLC is about soon.</div>

"It has to go through a ‘proper’ announcement.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Offline multiplayer has technical difficulties that the single-player guys are definitely looking at. I can’t give any dates for that but we’re very aware of the huge request for this.”</div>

The new DLC will be attached to the paid-for Season Pass but those who don't want to spend anymore on the title can look forward to another Battle of Jakku-style drop in the future.</div>

DICE's executive VP, Patrick Soderlund commented: "We will be adding more of what you love about the game, like new maps and Star Cards, for free in the coming months, in addition to all of the content we have coming with Season Pass. We’ll have more to share soon.”</div>

It appears that both Homefront: The Revolution and <a href="http://go.ad2up.com/afu.php?id=451019" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Mafia 3</a>, two upcoming games being released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, may have had their official release dates leaked.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Homefront could be released on May 17 in the United States, according to an alleged store card found at retailer Target, although no official date has yet to be announced by publisher Deep Silver.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The same style Pre-order card was found at Best Buy this week, this time confirming that Mafia 3 will launch on April 26. This release date has allegedly been corroborated at other retail stores.</div>

Take Two Interactive revealed in 2015 that Mafia would hit shelves in 2016 during their fiscal year 2017, which would mean after April 1, 2016.</div>

The super yacht, first seen in the GTA 5 Online Heists update, is set to be released for players to buy and would come with a boat dock and helipad.</div>

A description has apparently been found describing the new base as 'a floating palace' which will allow the top gamers on Xbox One, PC and PS4 the chance to flaunt their wealth even further.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Equipped with its own boat dock, helipad and luxurious interior living space, it's a floating palace fit for a particularly prosperous mogul," the leaked description reads.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There has been no confirmation from Rockstar on any new updates, although it's expected that further cars are set to be added to the Lowrider lineup that allows for deeper vehicle customisation.</div>
