FACT: Brits REBEL against sausage and bacon 'cancer' ruling in favour of Full English
News News Blog readers have said they will defy the sausage and bacon ruling
SINCE the World Health Organisation (WHO) categorised sausages and bacon as potentially dangerous for people's health, there has been uproar from Brits.

It's safe to say the WHO isn't very popular with Britons after it announced there is "sufficient evidence" to link processed meat to bowel cancer.
The findings place cured and processed meats in the top five most harmful substances along with cigarettes, alcohol, asbestos and arsenic.

After this announcement was made at the end of last month, people were taken aback: sausages and bacon are a staple part of British culture.
What's an English Breakfast without the addition of the pork-meats, many asked.
NewsNewsBlog.blogspot.com did a poll, asking readers to reveal their opinion on the news and the answer was pretty clear.

A Full English fry-up is nothing without bacon and sausages, our readers said
Over a thousand people voted in the meat-based poll and it revealed nearly all the respondents agreed they will NOT be cutting down their intake of sausage and bacon.
We put the question 'Will you stop eating sausages and bacon?' to our readers, and over 55 per cent replied: "Who is WHO to tell us what to do?"
Another 32 per cent of those to replied clicked on: 'No way, I don't follow RULES.'
There was yet more outrage from readers after it was revealed a hotel chain had banned the meat products from its breakfast menu
One reader said: "Thank you Comfort Hotels, I won't be staying with you. How dare you tell us what we can and can't eat for breakfast."

Another added: "Hope this Hotel loses customers. Oh well, time to get the sausage egg and bacon on - thinking about it has made me hungry."
The news comes as it was revealed British sausages makers are preparing to sue the World Health Organisation for their latest release.
Denis Lynn - who runs £50million Lynn’s Country Foods - claims the UN’s press release branded his product a potential killer through its "clumsily structured" report.
He said: "The WHO has taken leave of its senses. It is absurd to lump safe British sausages in with the rest. Eating one of our sausages carries no more of a risk than tucking into a pork chop."
His lawyers added: "While we appreciate the job your organisation has in properly highlighting health risks in food consumption, it cannot be applied in such a way as to damage innocent businesses such as ours."
Could this be the end of the humble sausage or is this just a blip on the product's radar? The latter, if News News Blog readers have anything to do with it.
