Liverpool are reportedly readying a club-record £37million bid to sign Switzerland international Granit Xhaka.
German newspaper Bild claim Jurgen Klopp is wanting to strike a deal for the 23-year-old to help resolve the current injury crisis at Anfield.
His agent, who is also his father, has fuelled speculation over Xhaka's future in Germany.
"At the moment I prefer not to say too much," Ragip Xhaka said. "We’ll see what happens. I can say that several big clubs are interested. Everything is possible, we’re not ruling anything out."
Liverpool have been alerted to the potential loan signing of Chelsea wonderkid Charly Musonda, according to reports.
The 19-year-old, who is contracted at Stamford Bridge until 2019 is keen to go out on loan and secure some valuable first-team football.
And according to the Daily Mail, the Belgian midfielder is attracting interest from the Reds, Manchester United and Arsenal - with the player set to be put on the transfer market in the next few days.
The 18-year-old winger made 19 appearances for Kenny Jackett's Wolves but has struggled to secure first-team football in recent weeks.
Klopp currently has eleven first-team players sidelined with Phillippe Coutinho's injury in the Capital One Cup semi-final win over Stoke apparently being the reason for Ojo's return.
The England Under-19 international could line up for Liverpool in tonight's FA Cup third round clash with Exeter (7.55pm).
