GTA 5's new Lurcher Hearse is available online |
A NEW GTA 5 update has opened the door to fans who are hoping to take on the game in a new way, while Xbox One, PS4 and PC players have been given a new challenge by developers, Rockstar.
UPDATE ONE: GTA Online has been given a new Halloween Surprise update that includes two new cars, 20 bobbleheads and a range of masks face paints.
All the new content is available till November 16, meaning that fans have less than a month to collect all the items they want.
It may mean that players will have to choose between the two new vehicles, the Lurcher Hearse and the Franken Stange – both available for a limited time only and with a big price tag attached.
They can be both taken to Benny's to be given custom paint jobs and ghoulish bobbleheads, so anyone with a bit of money left after the Lowrider DLC will have plenty more to do.
"Strike fear into your opponents by donning one of the horrific new masks now available in the Monsters section of Vespucci Movie Masks," a Rockstar statement on the new game items revealed.
"If you and your Crew are tackling a Heist between now and November 16th, a new Halloween mask category will be the default option on all Heists.
"30 Spooky new styles of Face Paint are also available to help you get into the spirit of the season."
A new Slasher Adversary Mode for up to eight players has also been confirmed, charging one gamer to stalk his prey with a Shotgun, with a new Flashlight being added to help navigate.
Be warned though, for those who survive for three minutes, they'll get the chance to return the favour with a Shotgun of their own.
The new GTA 5 update was leaked earlier this month.

If the mod is made for release, it would mean that fans would be able to takedown target much like in Red Dead Redemption, although it will only be available on PC.
