President Enrique Cerezo talks Chelsea deal for Atletico Madrid star
Antoine Griezmann is reportedly Chelsea's top target in January

ATLETICO MADRID president Enrique Cerezo has told Chelsea not to bother approaching Antoine Griezmann in January.

The Blues have reportedly made the France international their No1 target in the upcoming transfer window, according to the Daily Mirror.
However, the club's president has told the Blues that he has no intention of leaving in January.

"Players play where they want to play and right now, Griezman's thoughts are not on a sheik or blue princess [Chelsea] coming to sign him," he told Cadena Cope.
"His thoughts are at Atletico Madrid, he want to be at Atletico Madrid. He proved this by signing a renewal recently."

Cerezo's claims come just days after and was not interested in moving elsewhere.
"I do not feel the need to play in Ligue 1, nor in the Premier League or in Serie A," he told AS Diario.

"I am in Spain – I'm happy. Life here, football, I like it all."
It's understood the 24-year-old has a staggering £58million buy-out clause, added to his contract earlier this year.
