Antoine Griezmann speaks out on future amid interest from Chelsea

Antoine Griezmann has been talked up as a Chelsea target

ANTOINE GRIEZMANN has categorically denied he is interested in joining Chelsea.

The Atletico Madrid ace has been touted as a striker target for the Blues, who are desperate to bolster their firepower.
Recent reports have suggested that Atletico are keen on re-signing the misfiring Diego Costa, who is thought to have a £28million release clause in his contract.
Chelsea tracked Griezmann's signature in the summer, and were prepared at the time to pay more than £40m for his signature.

But Griezmann has snuffed out the chance of a move to the Premier League anytime soon.
"I do not feel the need to play in Ligue 1, nor in the Premier League or in Serie A," Griezmann said as quoted by talkSPORT.

"I am in Spain – I'm happy. Life here, football, I like it all."
Griezmann is currently contracted with Atletico until 2020.
