JOSE MOURINHO is ready to sign off on the departure of Diego Costa from Chelsea - if he can get Antoine Griezmann in return.
Costa has scored just two Premier League goals in 10 games so far this season, and once in the Champions League.
He scored nine goals in his first seven Premier League games after signing from Atletico Madrid last season in a £32million deal.
And hit 20 goals for Chelsea in all competitions last season.
But this season has seen him embroiled in more battles off the ball and each week seems to bring a new controversy.
In Chelsea's last fixture he told Ryan Shawcross he smelled and was involved in a scuffle with a steward who reported him to the authorities.
The report was dropped after footage emerged of the incident showing there was little in it.
But reports in Spain now suggest Mourinho wants to offload him, if he can get Griezmann in return.
Chelsea were linked with the France forward this week in a £40million move.
And Sport claim a part-exchange plus around £24million would seal Griezmann's signature.
