THE News News Blog brings you the top Xbox One news, including Black Ops 3 new-gen intel, Fallout 4's tough morals and GTA 5's Online shocker.

Xbox One, PS4 and PC fans will have to face a fresh set of tough choices when they start their story campaign in Fallout 4.
That according to Bethesda Softwork’s VP, Pete Hines, who says the karma system will throw up some testing moral challenge and will be revealed fully in due course.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Hines explained: “Fallout 4 is a game that gives you choices, sometimes difficult choices but as far as how we are handling that, it is a subject for another time.
"It's a huge world with tons of content, you don't have to worry about that.
"It is all in real-time, you walk up to somebody and start a conversation with them and the game is still going," Hines continued.

"If you want to finish talking, you can just walk away, if you're talking to someone and you already know you don't like them, you can just pull out your gun and shoot them.
"You don't have to wait and finish the conversation, or press B to leave, it's all in real-time."
It could be a subject being saved for Bethesda's recent videos series, which has covered the Perks system and has also touched on how companions and the in-game crafting works.

GTA Online news this week raises the possibility of rampant cheating coming to the game
Publisher Activision have revealed more on the new Black Ops story set to be featured in the November 10, 2015 release.
The new trailer sets the scene in a world ripped apart by natural and man-made disasters, as well as 'genetically enhanced, interconnected soldiers and bio-augmentation represent the cutting edge of weaponry.'
The year 2065 also includes the outbreak of a new cold war, making it a rather unsafe place to be.
A story description from Activision reads: "Black Ops III engrosses players in a dark and gritty future, where a new breed of Black Ops soldier has emerged, and the lines between humanity and military technology have been blurred.

"You must navigate the hot spots of a new Cold War to find your missing brothers.
"While much has changed, one thing remains the same: everything you know may be wrong.”
The new story trailer also revealed that television star Christopher Meloni is also set to player a lead role in the campaign, a feature which will not be part of the PS3 and Xbox 360 launch.
Banned GTA 5 players may have found a new way to get back Online in Los Santos.
Taking advantage of a new reported exploit, players who have been removed from the game can return as a temporary character, which according to modders aren't authenticated using the usual process, meaning bans can be sidestepped as the game can't tell if the player has one.
Temporary character actions aren't logged or recorded either, so it would also mean players using the exploit wouldn't have to worry about being tracked, leaving them open to using hacks anonymously.

Other things needed to get around your username showing up and indicating who you are, includes a username changer via memory or Cheat Engine.
However, Rockstar have yet to re-enable the script for temporary characters, although some modders are adamant that they can do something with the idea regardless.
A new guide, meanwhile, has been launched by Rockstar, revealing their best tricks and tips to competing in the new GTA Online Freemode Events added to the game in September.
