Gaming news: Black Ops 3 Zombies crackdown, Dark Souls 3 beta shot, Witcher 3 update
The Dark Souls 3 beta has gone live for select PS4 fans
GAMING news this week includes Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies Mode crackdown, The Dark Souls 3 beta shot and a Witcher 3 update.

Bo3 Zombies has a new Shadows of Evil trailer, showing off the low-lifes and murderers players will control in the new Call of Duty mode.
The new clip focuses on all four character's backstory, each having done something rotten in the past.
Neal McDonough's likeness can be seen countering the Mayor's police corruption crackdown by cleaning up his own loose ends.
Unlucky for them that the Shadowman has been watching and is ready to unleash hordes of the undead in 1940s America.
A post from publishers Activision explains: "Shadows of Evil introduces four unwitting characters who must uncover the secrets and challenges laid out for them by a shadowy figure, who offers them a path to redemption.
"Jeff Goldblum, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough and Ron Perlman star in “Shadows of Evil”, a new survival co-op experience only available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Unravel the secrets and explore a massive 1940s, film noir-inspired world in the deepest Zombies experience to date."

The Dark Souls 3 beta test can now be downloaded but only select gamers will be able to participate.
The application period to join the network stress test has passed and was only open to PS4 owners, with testers selected by lottery and informed via email.
Bandai Namco have confirmed that their stress test is a technical verification test conducted in the middle of game development, allowing a select group of fans to play the game ahead of release, and in exchange, they help with the assorted evaluation tests that are run.
However, it is not a demo of the final Dark Souls 3 title, in fact it uses in-progress game data in order to discover bugs and errors and may not alway be functional because of this.
Dark Souls 3 is set for release in Europe sometime in April, Bandai Namco have yet to reveal full release information.
