Witcher 3 update on new areas being unlocked for Xbox One, PS4 and PC DLC
The Witcher 3 DLC update will include new areas to explore on Xbox One, PS4 and PC
THE Witcher 3 is set to be updated by two paid-for DLC expansions following the release of the final free piece later this month.

Developers CD Projekt Red plan to release two paid downloadable add-ons for the Wild Hunt which have been promised to add more than 30 hours of new adventures for Geralt of Rivia.
Hearts of Stone will be the first and will include a 10-hour adventure, taking place in the wilds of No Man’s Land and the nooks and alleys of Oxenfurt.
Geralt will have to complete a contract from the mysterious Man of Glass, playing heavily on the mystery and story elements of the Wild Hunt.
It will be followed by Blood and Wine, a bigger 20-hour story which will add the region of Toussaint to the game.
It takes place in a region untouched by war but holds a dark secret.
New content, gear and foes are set to be included, with Hearts of Stone billed for an October release, while Blood and Wine will follow in the first quarter of 2016.
"We've said in the past that if we ever decide to release paid content, it will be vast in size and represent real value for the money," a recent statement from Projekt RED on paid content explains.
"Both our expansions offer more hours of gameplay than quite a few standalone games out there."

And while we know that both expansions will open up new areas of the world, community manager, Marcin Momot has also dropped a new teaser about one specific place that looks set to be revealed to fans.
When asked whether the Devils Pit area will ever be available to explore, or is a planned map marker for one of the upcoming expansions, Momot replied: "I can't really tell what exactly is going to happen there but you're onto something."
Found at the bottom of a bandit settlement, users have found a way to cheat themselves inside but have discovered no enemies to fight and a scant amount of loot to be had.
Update 1.08 is set for release soon and will add stronger enemies, while the last free DLC will add a new game mode a lot of fans have been calling for.
