The Belgian completed a £54million move from Wolfsburg this summer |
The 24-year-old spent a frustrating two years with Chelsea between 2012 and 2014 but following a successful spell at German outfit Wolfburg, the City midfielder has put that behind him."I am on a good run at the moment and obviously I want to try to keep on scoring, but there will come a time when I will not score that often and that's not a problem for me as long as I put in the good performances, it is fine," he told Sky Sports News."I am happy, my family is happy and that is the most important thing for me. In the end, there are a lot of things to do and I need to do. In the next month, when everything is settled and done, I will get more rest and maybe produce some better performances." De Bruyne scored in Belgium's 4-1 victory over Andorra on Saturday as his side secured their place at next summer's European Championships in France.
