Luke Shaw reveals full extent of injury in post-surgery Snapchat |
MANCHESTER UNITED defender Luke Shaw has apparently posted a picture of his leg following surgery.
The United left-back broke his right leg in two places after a two-footed challenge from PSV Eindhoven centre-half Hector Moreno on Tuesday.
The incident came 15 minutes into the 20-year-old's debut in the Champions League and faces six months on the sidelines.
Shaw was operated on in Eindhoven that night, and now a picture of his post-surgery leg has surfaced after he allegedly uploaded it on Snapchat.

Following the game, Shaw tweeted: "Thank you everyone for your messages, words can't describe how gutted I am, my road to recovery starts now, I will come back stronger."
While United revealed yesterday: "Luke Shaw underwent surgery on his injury on Tuesday night and will remain in hospital in Eindhoven to continue his early recovery.
"Manchester United are grateful for the excellent care he is receiving and would like to thank everyone who has sent messages of support."
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal believes it's a huge blow for his side after Shaw's impressive start to the campaign.
"It is a double fracture," the Dutchman said. "It is very bad and sad for him, but also for our team.
"It is awful. He's a boy who came to Manchester as an 18-year-old, had a very difficult season, then second season he plays fantastic, and then this happens."
