Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro leaves the club following Jose Mourinho fallout
Eva Carneiro tends to Eden Hazard in the 2-2 draw with Swansea
EVA CARNEIRO has left Chelsea following the fallout with Jose Mourinho, according to reports.

Carneiro had her role significantly reduced after tending to Eden Hazard on the pitch during Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Swansea in August.
Video footage emerged of Mourinho shouting expletives as the doctor, and the team physio Jon Fearn, raced onto the pitch.

Mourinho then insinuated she was naive and didn't know football for her intervention and criticised the medical staff for their part in Chelsea's draw.
She had her roles reduced shortly after and has not been seen at the club, or during the team's matches, ever since.
She was asked to return to work last Friday, but did not show up - and now the Daily Mail report she has parted company with the club.

She is now understood to be taking legal advice, and could push for wrongful dismissal.
Mourinho is currently the subject of an FA inquiry after a member of the public made a complaint, claiming he shouted 'filha da puta' which means 'daughter of a whore' and if proven could lead to Mourinho being banned for five matches.
FA officials said on Monday the video evidence that was submitted as part of the complaint was still being reviewed.
