Eva Carneiro to take legal action against Chelsea after bust-up with Jose Mourinho
Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearn were suspended after coming onto the pitch to treat Eden Hazard
The suspended doctor has not worked for the club since coming on the pitch to treat Eden Hazard against Swansea in the opening game of the Premier League season.
Mourinho after his team were temporarily left with just nine men on the field and publicly slammed his medical team.

The Blues boss did not think Hazard was sufficiently hurt to justify treatment and suspended Carneiro as well as club physio Jon Fearn.
Both are said to be eager to return to the Chelsea bench but The Evening Standard claim Carneiro is likely to issue legal proceedings.
It is claimed sexism could form a key part of her case against the club.

for suggesting Carneiro did not understand the game.
After the 2-2 draw with Swansea, the Portuguese claimed both Fearn and Carneiro should have realised their actions would have left them short of players.
Chelsea had already seen goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois sent off earlier in the match.

Carneiro was appointed head doctor by Andre Villas-Boas four years ago
After the clash, Mourinho said: “Even if you are a kit man, a doctor or a secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game.
"I was sure he hadn’t a serious problem. He was very tired but my medical department, on an impulse, was naive and left me with eight outfield players on a counter-attack.”
Mary O'Rourke, a QC and one of the country's leading figurues on sports injuries, believes Moutinho's remarks can be considered sexist.
O'Rourke represented Harlequins doctor Wendy Chapman, who has not worked in Rugby since the bloodgate scandal.

And she does not want to the same thing happen to somebody who has been a favourite at the club ever since she was made head doctor by former manager Andre Villas-Boas four years ago.
“Ninety-five per cent of secretaries are women," she said at the Soccerex convention.
"Everyone listening to that would have taken it as a comment that women don’t know anything about football.
"If you put that statement out to 100 people, 99 of them would interpret it the same way.”
