'Angry' Everton star reveals Spurs and West Ham exit plans after Chelsea pursuit of Stones
Kevin Mirallas claims two clubs were interested in him in the summer
EVERTON attacker Kevin Mirallas has revealed he nearly left the club in the summer.

The Belgian was heavily linked with both Tottenham and West Ham in the summer but opted to stay on Merseyside.
Mirallas cited the club's determination to hold on to John Stones as a signal of their ambition.

Manager Roberto Martinez resisted the temptation to sell Stones to Chelsea for around £40million.
That's despite the Blues' relentless pursuit of the young England international throughout the transfer window.
And Mirallas says he is happy with his decision but also claims he was previously angry at the club for stalling on a new contract.

He has since signed a three-year extension at Goodison Park.
“After January when two teams wanted me, I talked with my manager and chairman and asked what I do now,” Mirallas, told the Liverpool Echo.
“He told me to wait for a new contract and I waited, but it was not coming and I was a little bit angry.
“Now after the pre-season I played hard and worked hard and had a good talk with the manager, he said it was a good opportunity to sign a new deal, and I’m happy."
