Blind - Starting in an unusual centre-back position, Blind rarely looked uncomfortable despite the presence of Kane - 7
Shaw - After a difficult debut season at Old Trafford with injury, Shaw impressed during pre-season and carried on that form against Spurs. Strong in defence and attack - 7
Carrick - Positioned in the holding role alongside Schneiderlin and was his usual cool and composed self. Taken off for Bastian Schweinsteiger in the second half - 7
