Brook, who last fought in May when he stopped British rival Frankie Gavin in the second defence of his crown, pulled out of a bout with Argentinian Diego Chaves three months ago due to a rib injury.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
The unbeaten Sheffield fighter insists he is now fully fit to take on Bizier (25-2; 17KO wins) - a bout that will do little to whet the appetite given the 31-year-old Canadian has twice lost to Jo Jo Dan, who was stopped by Brook in four rounds last year.</div>

Brook (35-0, 24KO wins) said: "While I was gutted to miss out on fighting in October, I've fully recovered from the injury and feel stronger than ever.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
"I've been working hard in the gym and working on new things, and I cannot wait to put on another explosive performance for my hometown fans and prove I am the best 147lbs fighter on the planet."</div>

<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
The IBF welterweight champion has to face his mandatory challenger and promoter Eddie Hearn agreed a deal on Monday for the fight to happen in the UK to avoid going to purse bids.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
The likely venue for the title clash will be Sheffield Arena.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
Bizier has lost two of his 27 fights and Sheffield star Brook will be expected to comfortably deal with the Canadian puncher.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
Brook, 29, pulled out of an October defence against Diego Chaves because of a rib injury suffered in sparring.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
But he has fully recovered now and will hope by getting his mandatory out of the way it will clear the path for a summer clash with British rival Khan.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
Brook’s promoter Hearn has already provisionally booked Wembley Stadium for June 4 in the hope of getting a deal done.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
It would be the biggest fight in the UK since Carl Froch’s eighth-round knockout of George Groves at the same venue in May 2014.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
Khan, 29, has not fought since his May win over Chris Algieri in New York so it is likely the Bolton fighter would want to get into the ring before the potential June clash.</div>
<div class="p1" style="text-align: justify;">
However, it is not clear what the former light-welterweight world champion’s plans are since he missed out on a money-spinning fight with Manny Pacquiao.</div>
