The IBF welterweight champion has to face his mandatory challenger and promoter Eddie Hearn agreed a deal on Monday for the fight to happen in the UK to avoid going to purse bids.
The likely venue for the title clash will be Sheffield Arena.
Bizier has lost two of his 27 fights and Sheffield star Brook will be expected to comfortably deal with the Canadian puncher.
Brook, 29, pulled out of an October defence against Diego Chaves because of a rib injury suffered in sparring.
But he has fully recovered now and will hope by getting his mandatory out of the way it will clear the path for a summer clash with British rival Khan.

Brook’s promoter Hearn has already provisionally booked Wembley Stadium for June 4 in the hope of getting a deal done.
It would be the biggest fight in the UK since Carl Froch’s eighth-round knockout of George Groves at the same venue in May 2014.
Khan, 29, has not fought since his May win over Chris Algieri in New York so it is likely the Bolton fighter would want to get into the ring before the potential June clash.
However, it is not clear what the former light-welterweight world champion’s plans are since he missed out on a money-spinning fight with Manny Pacquiao.
