Mohamed Elneny has reportedly arrived in London to complete his £7.4million move to Arsenal.

Elneny is set to become Gunners boss Arsene Wenger's first signing of the January transfer window and will provide cover for his injury-hit midfield.

Sky Sports report the Basel ace is currently in the capital to sign off on his four-and-a-half year Arsenal contract, after the move was hit by a paperwork delay.

Elneny has already passed a medical and Arsenal hope the deal will be finalised in time for him to make his debut against Stoke on Sunday.
