Brendan Rodgers has predicted £75million striker Luis Suarez will return to Liverpool once he calls time on his career at Barcelona.
"You never know, I think he certainly misses the passion of the Liverpool supporters and he loved the competition of the Premier League," he told talkSPORT.
"Luis is enjoying it out there at Barcelona, but I think if he did ever come back there would certainly be only one club he'd want to play for."
Chelsea will need an 'extraordinary offer' to sign Robin van Persie from Fenerbahce, according to reports.
Sky sources claim a stand-out offer will have to be made by the Blues as his representatives remain coy over the striker's current transfer status.
Van Persie has made no attempt to hide the fact he is unhappy at Fenerbahce, and has scored just seven times in 23 appearances for the Turkish side.
Manchester United are reportedly unlikely to secure deals for James Rodriguez and Ever Banega before the January transfer window shuts.
That's according to La Liga insider Guillem Balague, who claims the Colombian international is staying put along with Sevilla's Banega.
"There is no chance of James going in January and Sevilla are saying they know nothing about Manchester United when it comes to Ever Banega,” he told Sky Sports.
