PEDRO is hoping to secure a move back to Spain because he is suffering from homesickness, according to reports.
News News Blog Sport understands that the 28-year-old could leave the Blues in the summer.
Pedro joined the Stamford Bridge outfit for £21million on deadline day in August after it appeared he was set to sign for Manchester United.
The winger made an instant impact by scoring on his debut in a 3-2 win against West Brom in August.
But has struggled for form and fitness in England ever since, making 24 appearances for the Blues and scoring only three times.
And Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo claim he will end his Stamford Bridge career early because he is suffering from homesickness.
However Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink does not want to lose the 28-year-old with his side in such dire straits in the league.
If the World Cup winner does leave Valencia or Villarreal are both possible possible destinations.
He has also been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, with club director Andrea Berta reportedly travelling to London in a bid to tie up the deal.
