According to Daily Mail, Matic is suffering from a crisis of confidence and is considering whether to leave the club.

 

It is claimed the 27-year-old's team-mates believe he has already decided to leave the club in the summer.

The reports are a major blow to Chelsea with speculation already surrounding the futures of several players.

Eden Hazard has been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United after a poor season while Diego Costa, Thibaut Courtois and Oscar are also reportedly looking to leave Stamford Bridge.
