Liverpool to decide on £11.5m international midfielder move
Liverpool are eyeing a move for Poland international Piotr Zielinksi.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan from Udinese at Empoli for the second consecutive season but his form has drawn interest from Juventus and Napoli.
But now News News Blog Sport understands that Jurgen Klopp is considering whether to make a move in January or wait until the summer to pursue Zielinski.
And whether Klopp pulls the trigger now or after the end of the season, he will have to meet Udinese's valuation of £11.5million which could rise if some of Serie A's top clubs step up their interest.
Klopp to battle Arsenal and Tottenham for Leicester youngster
Jurgen Klopp is also interested in a move for Leicester's Ben Chilwell.
Arsenal had a £3m bid for the 19-year-old rejected in the summer but Arsene Wenger has reignited his interest in the player this month.
And London rivals Tottenham have also apparently entered the race for the England Under-20 international as they continue their policy of trying to sign the best young talent in England.
News News Blog Sport understands Liverpool are keen on Chilwell and are plotting a move for the player.
But with three Premier League clubs in pursuit and a new contract from the Foxes also on the table, the price could well rise beyond Arsenal's £3m valuation.
Watford interest in Reds striker
Quique Sanchez Flores has admitted he wants to sign Jerome Sinclair.
The 19-year-old is out of contract in the summer and has been linked with a move following in Raheem Sterling's footsteps to Manchester City.
The pair share an agent, but Flores believes he can tempt Sinclair to make the longer trip south to Vicarage Road.
“Sinclair is the kind of player I like for Watford," Flores said.
"He has the qualities that we need. He has the skill and conditions to come here."
