LIVERPOOL have made a £10.8million bid for Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, according to reports.
Spanish publication Don Balon claim Jurgen Klopp has 'insisted on signing' the Barcelona goalkeeper, despite Simon Mignolet's new deal.
The Belgian put pen to paper on a five-year contract this week, but that hasn't stopped speculation of another keeper arriving.
When quizzed this month about links with Ter Stegen and Cologne's Timo Horn, Klopp replied: "No. They're good goalkeepers, but no."
However, it's claimed Liverpool have put in a £10.8m bid for German international Ter Stegen this week amid suggestions he's unsettled in Spain.
He is understood to be frustrated at the Nou Camp after making just 12 appearances this season, playing second fiddle to Claudio Bravo.
But Barca are said to have turned down the offer, placing a £23million price tag on the keeper in the hope of warding off interest.
However, it's not just the Reds who are keen on the shotstopper, with Manchester United also linked, according to Italian publication Calciomercato.
