LIVERPOOL are lining up a summer deal for Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe, according to reports in France.

Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe is attracting interest from a host of top European club
 
The 17-year-old Monaco youth academy striker's contract is due to expire at the end of the season.
And French outlet Get French Football News claim that three clubs are in active negotiations with the Mbappe's representatives. 
 
Liverpool and Real Madrid are believed to be the clubs battling with Monaco for the teenage sensation.
Mbappe's representatives are understood to be meeting with Monaco's newly appointed technical director Claude Makelele this week. 
The former Chelsea midfielder has been tasked with trying to convince the youngster to sign a professional contract at the Ligue 1 club. 
 
But it is claimed the 17-year-old is well known to new Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane, while Mbappe also had trails at Real when he was 14. 
And Liverpool are also interested in bolstering their ranks with Jurgen Klopp being a manager who enjoys nurturing and developing young players for the future.

Mbappe, who has also been branded the 'new Anthony Martial', has made just two first-team appearances for Monaco.
