LIVERPOOL are interested in signing Argentinean midfielder Leandro Paredes, according to reports.

Jurgen Klopp is keen to add to his squad this month and has already completed deals for Marko Grujic and Steven Caulker.
But a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk forward Alex Teixeira appears to have stalled, with the Reds failing to agree a fee with the Ukrainian club.
And Shakhtar chief executive Sergei Palkin admitted today he will only consider selling Teixeira in the summer, and not before Monday's January deadline.
However Italian news outlet Tuttomercatoweb claim Jurgen Klopp has turned his attention to Paredes.
The 21-year-old is currently on a season-long loan at Empoli and has put in some impressive performances this season, helping the club rise to eighth in the Serie A table.
His parent club Roma are expected to blood the Argentinean into the first-team next year.
But Liverpool are determined to capture his signature before he heads back to Rome.
