LEICESTER are close to securing the signing of Loic Remy from Chelsea, according to reports.
The Chelsea striker looks set to leave the club with Alexandre Pato's signing imminent.
Guus Hiddink said today he didn't think the knock Remy had would stop a move.
And now the Mirror report that Leicester are close to a deal for the France striker.
The Foxes are keen to bolster their front line after letting Andrej Kramaric leave on loan.
They have also seen a bid for Nigeria captain Ahmed Musa rejected.
Earlier today Hiddink said: “Remy has a slight calf injury right now. We'll see what happens in the upcoming hours.
"But I don't think being injured now has any influence on whether he stays or goes."
