PHILIPPE COUTINHO will return to Liverpool training next week, according to reports.
The Brazilian has been out of action since suffering a hamstring injury in the club’s 1-0 League Cup semi-final first-leg win over Stoke on January 5.
Coutinho missed four matches earlier in the season between November and December after suffering another hamstring injury.
With his latest injury he was expected to be out for four to six weeks, and he has already missed six crucial matches.
But website Football Insider claim he will return to training next week ahead of schedule.
That means he could be available for the Premier League clash with Sunderland on Saturday week.
Dejan Lovren also looks set for a return after recovering from a hamstring injury of his own and could face West Ham this weekend.
