GOALSCORER Harry Kane says he was determined to make an impact when coming on as a substitute in Tottenham's FA Cup third-round draw with Leicester.

Kane came on 22 minutes from time and smashed home a last-minute penalty to earn .
Christian Eriksen had opened the scoring for Tottenham before Marcin Wasilewski and Shinji Okazaki turned the tie on its head.
 
But Spurs got their reward with a late penalty that Kane gladly dispatched.
"It was very important and we definitely didn't want to go out in the third round," he told BBC Sport.
"We play them again on Wednesday and will have to play them again in the FA Cup.

"You want to be playing all the time, but it is down to the manager and I just wanted to make an impact when I came on.
"We have a great bunch of lads, the staff, the players and hopefully we can keep working hard and keep progressing.
"The fans kept us in the game and we're happy we could keep them in it with a replay."
