CHELSEA must pay Monaco £38million to sign Radamel Falcao on a permanent basis, leaked documents show.

Chelsea have £38m deal in place to sign striker
Radamel Falcao will cost Chelsea £38million if they want to make his move permanent

Falcao moved to Stamford Bridge in July after an unsuccessful season-long loan at Manchester United.
He has since made 11 appearances for the Blues, scoring once but hasn't featured since October due to an ongoing thigh injury.

A contract on the Football Leaks website says Falcao was loaned by Monaco to the Premier League champions free of charge.
"It is explicitly agreed that no fee is charged to Chelsea by Monaco for the temporary transfer of the player's registration," the document states.

However the paperwork does show Chelsea have until April 29, 2016 to notify the French club in writing if they want to make Falcao's move permanent.
The fee negotiated is £38m, with half of the sum to be paid within seven days of the option being taken up and the remainder due before July 15, 2017.
