ALEXANDRE PATO could rejoin AC Milan - once his loan at Chelsea expires this summer.
That is according to Italian newspaper La Stampa, who claim Chelsea's proposal to make the move permanent at the end of the season is not concrete.
Pato, 26, is all set to be announced as Chelsea's new striker later today.

The Brazil international has reportedly agreed a six-month loan deal with £30,000-a-week at Stamford Bridge.
He underwent a medical yesterday and a £12million fee has been agreed between Chelsea and Corinthians, should the Premier League champions want to make the move permanent.
But Milan are reportedly considering an offer themselves at the end of the season.
It is claimed the club, who gave Pato his debut when he was just 17 back in 2007, are interested in bringing him back to Italy.
Knee injuries curtailed his career at the San Siro and he was sold to Corinthians back in 2013.
