WEST BROM could offer Kerim Frei a Premier League return if they miss out on £7million-rated QPR winger Matt Phillips.
Former Fulham winger Frei, who is being offered to top-flight clubs by Besiktas, is a cheaper alternative.
Newcastle and Norwich have already signalled their interest in signing Frei, 22, on loan.
