Neil Lennon fears Bolton exodus in January if players go unpaid again
Neil Lennon's Bolton are currently rock bottom of the Championship

NEIL LENNON fears an exodus in January if his Bolton players once again don't receive their wages.

Bolton's employees were not paid last month with the cash-strapped Championship club unable to meet its wage bill.
The Lancashire club, in talks with a number of potential buyers, is losing around £1million a month and face a winding-up order from the tax man in January.
And if they fail to pay their salaries at the end of this month, the players would be permitted to give 12 days' notice of their contract and walk away for nothing.
Rock-bottom Bolton face fellow strugglers Charlton tonight and manager Lennon said: "They would be within their rights to do that. We have talked about that although no one has been forthcoming to say that's what they're going to do. But that might change.
"It's a scenario I don't want to contemplate but there's nothing I can do, unless I get a player who comes to me and say he wants to use his rights to go. Then I'll have to sit down and try and persuade him otherwise. I would like to think it can be resolved and people will stick around to see it through."
