Adnan Januzaj admits he's uncertain over his Manchester United future |
ADNAN JANUZAJ admits his future at Manchester United is uncertain.
The Belgium youngster was sent on loan to Borussia Dortmund in the summer but has struggled for game time in the Bundesliga.
Januzaj broke into the United team under David Moyes but didn't make an impact under Louis van Gaal.
And after being farmed out - with Van Gaal lacking attacking options - he admits he could be playing elsewhere next year.
Asked if he would be heading back to Manchester United at the end of the season, Januzaj said: “I don’t know.”
“I wanted to join somewhere I could play and there were a few things behind that were a problem but I’m happy here.
"I just need more games to play and then I’ll be fine.”
United need a player with pace and the ability to beat a man.
They signed Anthony Martial on deadline day but his goal in the week was his first since Ocotber.
Memphis Depay signed from PSV for £25million but has flattered to deceive.
Januzaj meanwhile is intent on getting games in Germany to get his career back on track.
“I’m trying to do my best because obviously I’ve not got a lot of games in my legs which is difficult for me mentally, because I need more games to be a better player,” he said.

"Of course it’s about adapting but I need more games to be fitter and take people on. I have qualities also that I showed in the first year in United but I need games in my legs which is difficult at the minute.
“But I’m training for myself and training hard to always be fit whenever l play so I can do something.”
