NEYMAR is considering a move to Manchester United following 'secret' talks with his representatives, according to reports.
The Sun claim United are willing to offer the 23-year-old a staggering wage of £130million over a five-year period.
And it's understood they will also match the release clause in his contract which is believed to stand at £165m.
The report adds Neymar has had his head turned by the significant wage mentioned and secret talks are ongoing between United officials and the Brazilian's representatives.
Louis van Gaal is understood to have a sum of £200m to spend over the summer, and has already splashed £250m since taking charge last season.
If the deal were to be completed it would nearly double the current world record transfer fee - Gareth Bale's £85m move to Real Madrid in 2013.
And it would also make Neymar the wealthiest footballer in the world, surpassing team-mate Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, it could be argued that the Brazilian star has justified such a price-tag, helping Barcelona win the treble last season.
And this term he currently leads the goalscoring charts in La Liga, netting 14 times in 13 games, and is the joint-highest assist provider with five.
