Man Utd working on three superstar deals and £50m swoop to beat Chelsea to defender ace
Manchester United are looking at a number of big-name signings
MANCHESTER UNITED are already planning their next stunning transfer spree.

United have splashed out over £250million since Louis van Gaal replaced David Moyes in the summer of 2014.

But the Red Devils are looking at more signings after Van Gaal's side were dumped out of the Champions League.

According to reports, United are working on separate deals for Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar and Gareth Bale.

Van Gaal is thought to be safe for now despite crashing out of Europe but failing to finish in the Premier League's top three could see his position reassessed next summer.

But despite the long-term uncertainty over the Dutchman's future, United are cracking on with transfer plans.

United are said to have put considerable groundwork into separate deals for Real Madrid stars Ronaldo and Bale as well as Barcelona ace Neymar in the hope of landing one superstar signing.

United acknowledge luring La Liga's top players to the Premier League will be a difficult task and also have Bayern Munich hitman Robert Lewandowski, Tottenham man Harry Kane and Southampton forward Sadio Mane on their radar.

A source told The Times: "They know if they play in La Liga they can score 40 or more goals, but in the Premier League you're probably looking at 20 to 25."

United are also preparing to bolster their defence with a move for England international Stones.

Chelsea tried and failed to sign the 21-year-old in the summer but saw three bids rejected by Everton.

And now United want to hijack their rivals to bring Stones to Old Trafford.

Reports claim the Manchester outfit are ready to shell out a stunning £50m for the centre-back to make him the most expensive defender in the world.
