Alexandre Pato has been tracked by a number of Premier League clubs

Tottenham have emerged as the frontrunners for Brazil striker Alexandre Pato, according to reports.
Talk from Corinthian's chairman has put a number of Premier League clubs on alert, with West Ham, Manchester United and Liverpool all reportedly showing interest.
However, Calcionews24 report that Spurs have moved ahead of their league rivals to lead the chase for the 26-year-old's signature.

The news will come as a blow to Liverpool in particular who had agreed initial terms with the Brazilian club, it's understood.
Chairman Roberto de Andrade previously said: "There is an agreement in principle with Liverpool for the transfer in the coming weeks.
But he later told SporTV that no 'concrete' offer had been received, hence the renewed interest from Spurs.
