REAL MADRID are willing to sell Jese Rodriguez to Arsenal in January.
That is according to Spanish magazine Don Balon, who claim the Gunners will have to meet Real's asking price of £21.1million if they want to land him.
Arsene Wenger has reportedly been impressed with the 22-year-old's brief spell in the Real first-team, scoring two goals and assisting one in the last four games.
But Jese - who is also a target for Premier League strugglers Chelsea - looks set to return to the bench following the return of injured pair Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez.
His former boss Deogradia Martin, who signed the Spaniard as a youngster during his time at Huracan, believes he has the potential to surpass Cristiano Ronaldo.
“In a few years, [Jese] will prove to be better than Ronaldo," Martin told AS. "He’s already better at one-on-ones.
“I could see it in his eyes that he was a winner...and quite stubborn! When he arrived at Huracan, he told me he signed for us because he felt he was worthy of the move."
