Leicester's Jamie Vardy breaks record against Manchester United with goal number 11
Jamie Vardy has now scored in 11 consecutive Premier League games
JAMIE VARDY has broken Ruud van Nistelrooy's record, becoming the first player to score in 11 consecutive Premier League matches.

The Leicester striker netted in the first half against Manchester United, stealing in ahead of Ashley Young before slotting home a composed finish past David De Gea.
The goal makes Vardy the top goal-scorer in the Premier League, as well as taking Van Nistelrooy's crown for consecutive league goals.

The Dutchman achieved his feat for Manchester United across two seasons in 2003.
And he couldn't wait to heap praise on the former Fleetwood player for surpassing his 12-year record.

And Rio Ferdinand highlighted the extent of the Leicester striker's feat, saying he's an inspiration to young up-and-coming players.
"Congratuations to Mr Vardy. What a story, always believe kids it's never too late," he wrote.
