EDEN HAZARD insists he is ignoring his critics and working hard to rediscover his form for struggling Chelsea.
The 24-year-old Belgian has failed to score a Premier League goal this term and has been criticised for his drastic dip in form from last season, where he was announced as the PFA and FWA player of the year.
Chelsea currently find themselves languishing in 15th place in the Premier League with just 11 points from 11 league games.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho has found himself under intense pressure following the club's run of bad results and his bust-up with former club doctor Eva Carneiro.
But Hazard insists he and his team-mates are working hard to turn it around at Stamford Bridge.
"It is the case I learn every day now," he told Chelsea's official website ahead of tonight's Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev. "I need to train and try to forget everything and be a better player.
"We try to speak about it together. The communication is very important. We know when we are in a bad way we need to keep going with communication.
"People are sad when you don't win but the communication is very important and we did very well because every day we spoke together, and this is good.
Hazard has been linked with an £85million move to Real Madrid in recent weeks, but insists he is not looking to leave.
"In a good moment or in a bad moment, we are professional. Personally I don't read the newspapers. I try to focus only on my football and win games."
"We are not winning games, this is the most important thing.
"We need to keep going in training; we want to improve together and just want to win matches. We know the season after you are champion, it is difficult as everybody wants to beat you.
We missed chances, I missed penalties, it's very difficult but we need to keep going and improve."
